Hotfix Rhinestone

Hotfix rhinestones have a heat-activated glue already applied to the back, so they can be set with a household iron or a heat press in a few seconds. They are the practical choice for costumes, dancewear, T-shirts, denim and anything that will be washed.
Our hotfix stones are K9 optical crystal glass, coated with German industrial hotfix glue. The glue melts at 150–170 °C and is applied at 160 °C. In ISO 6330 wash testing our stones stay in place for 50 washes with under 2% loss, so garments survive real use rather than one performance.
Choosing a size for your project

SS6 to SS10 — fine lines, lettering, small accents
SS16 to SS20 — the workhorse sizes for bodices, sleeves and logos
SS30 — large statement stones, read from a distance on stage
